Hongyue Factory adheres to the 5S and 6-Sigma management principles, adopting internationally advanced management and quality-control systems. The facility has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification for its quality management system and is equipped with a range of state-of-the-art processing equipment, including Germany’s Kjellberg CNC plasma cutting machines, high-speed CNC drills, and integrated CNC drill-and-stamp workstations. Notably, the factory has introduced a large-scale, continuous automatic roller heat treatment furnace—its core technological equipment—which represents the most advanced heat-treatment solution currently available in China’s industry. This innovative system delivers uniform hardening across the material, significantly enhancing wear resistance and ensuring superior product stability over time.
Our laboratory offers comprehensive mechanical property testing and can provide steel mill-certified material certificates. In addition to offering wear-resistant materials such as carbon steel and boron steel, Hongyue also specializes in ultra-high-strength tungsten carbide alloy MIG surfacing technology, which can extend a material’s wear life by 3 to 6 times.
